That's it?, it wasn't that bad ;)

10- 11 weeks! Can't believe I've come this far. Looking back, I'm incredibly proud of myself for sticking with this project. At first, i thought about taking an easier route and choosing somthing less personal, but I'm glad i committed to quitting smoking. This project gave me the push i needed to take a big step forward in my life.

It wasn't easy, there were moments when i doubted myself, felt overwhelmed, or almost gave up. But those challenges taught me resilience and helped me understand just how much I'm capable of. I've learned to recognize triggers, manage cravings, and see smoking for what it truly is.

looking forward i feel confident that I'm not going back to my old habits. This project wasn't just an assignment as cheesy that it might sound, it was truly life changing and I'm incredibly grateful for it.

 i think my mom might even be more thrilled than i am.
